Abstract

Thiss studyy aims to find out how the teacher's perception of the supervision process by the principal at school is SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Ulugawo seen from the implementation, evaluation and follow-up. This research includes descriptive research, the population is teachers who teach in SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Ulugawo totaling 52 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The instrument uses a questionnaire/questionnaire. The resultss of the study obtained that the teacher's overall perception of thee supervision process by the principal at school was SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Ulugawo is in the average score of 3.4 is in the pretty good category.
